How to Share Your Fundraiser on Social Media!

(ATHLETES NAME'S) softball team is doing a Fan Club t-shirt fundraiser!! This shirt is just for (ATHLETE'S NAME) and will be worn to various events! 

 

To get on the shirt and become one of (ATHLETES NAME'S) biggest fans, it's so easy! $20 gets you in (ATHLETE'S NAME) Fan Club for (SPORT/ORGANIZATION). If you would like a spot, we would love it! Simply simply comment below. Thank you for your support of (ATHLETE' NAME + SPORT/ORGANIZATION).

One more perk! If you want a Fan Club shirt of your own with (ATHLETE'S NAME) Fan Club and to show your support of the (SPORT/ORGANIZATION), you can buy a shirt of your own for just $25! Mention in the comments,

"I want a shirt!" Thank you so much! We are excited and thank you again!

 

Another great way to make your social media post stand out and engage people is to create a

How it All Works!

    Pick/Confirm a date to launch. We launch teams on Wednesdays!

    ALL we need is your team name, your date to launch, you logo, and how many athletes!

    We will create a LIVE webpage for your team, just like you see here. In FOUR simple steps, your fundraiser runs 

    from start to finish. The Team Page is internal and for parent/athlete/organizer use only. It keeps your whole

    process in one place by clicking a button! We even customize your social graphics for easy social media and       

    texting sharing right from your phone!

    Your fundraiser will run for 12 days from the date of launch. During that time, participants (athletes, parents) will get 

    $20 donations from each athlete's "Biggest Fans." Each person who donates gets a spot on the athlete's team 

    branded and personalized Fan Club T-shirt. There are 35 spots on each shirt. Each athlete can raise $700 or more!

    The money is donated directly to the parents or athletes and collected by your organization. Donations do not run

    through Fan Club Athletics to keep all the donations to your team!

    At the end of the 12 days, parents/athletes use the LIVE team page as exampled above to submit their t-shirt form

    with size of the athlete's shirt, the list of Fan Club names for the athlete, and any other shirt orders. Additional shirts 

    are $25 and the team actually keeps 30% of those orders, as well!

    Our graphics team creates a proof of each shirt. Proofs are posted on the LIVE team page and parents approve 

    the proof for their athlete or make edits. Once all proofs are approved, we invoice the organizer of the team $59 per

    athlete. When the invoice is paid we print and ship the shirts!

    During the entire process, you have a Fan Club Athletics Fundraising Pro to answer all your questions or needs!

The fundraiser is so much fun!

A few important items: 

We do not collect the donations, we simply invoice the organizer at at the end with one total to pay Fan Club Athletics, and an itemized explanation of each athlete so you don't have to keep track of anything.

Teams are raising thousands of dollars in weeks based on participation. There is never any waiting on a check from us, we have no upfront charges, hidden fees or commissions, and shipping is included!

Edits on shirts after proofs are posted are $15 if it is an edit from the parent or team. If it is a mistake on our end, there is no additional fee.

To create a logo for your team if you do not have one is $75.
