-
How Much Does it Cost? The athlete fee is $59 for teams with 10 or more athletes, and $79 for less than 10 participants. Each Athlete's shirt includes: ▪️Set up fee for each athletes shirt ($35) ▪️The cost of the shirt ($25) ▪️Management of TEAM PAGE, Orders and Proofs ▪️Shipping of athletes shirt ($5-$7) ▪️Tax, ($5-$6.50) ▪️Packaging and organization of the orders (no boxes of 100's of shirts to sort and organize!) 💥Remember, We are a team of parents, coaches and business owners that worked hard to solve the time consuming and cumbersome process of fundraising! We want this to be the EASIEST & MOST PROFITABLE FUNDRAISER YOU WILL EVER DO!! 💥We are using commercial grade equipment and technology. This allows us to print graphics in full color and offer no-minimums, your local print shop will have per-athlete minimums and the time consuming and daunting task of organizing athlete's names and orders will be on you to CORRECTLY get to your printer.

How Do I Collect Money? Each athlete will collect their own money for their Biggest Fans ($20) and additional shirts ($25-$30 for t-shirts). The organization decides how to collect the money from the parents. We invoice the organization as a whole for the amount owed to us. How you choose to allocate your funds is up to you.

I've got a parent that can do it cheaper, can I do that?Well yes, you are free to use any vendor you want, but here are a few things: 1. We have trademarks pending on "Fan Club T-Shirts" "Fan Club T-Shirt Fundraisers" "Biggest Fan's" "Cheer for my fans" & "Flip for my Fans"... We have worked hard to make this a profitable and easy fundraiser and help others... These marks cannot be used for profit. 2. We have a team of professionals that handle each step of this process...trust us it's a process. While they may think this is a great way to help out, the average mom with a Cricut and heat press is not equipped to handle the volume and time that most orders take. They often become overwhelmed and the order takes a very long time to produce! 3. PLEASE READ THIS! Mom to Mom here... there will be errors... printing, misspelling etc. The mom, aunt, best friend that is doing this at "cost" WILL be out money... the last order we did had 26 shirts that had imperfections (and we are working on commercial grade equipment) That's over $200 in product at wholesale pricing not to mention labor...that can put a huge financial burden on someone that is trying to help. 4. SUPPLY CHAIN ISSUES. We are a licensed company with several wholesale accounts that does the volume to be able to order directly from suppliers and not go through 3rd parties (jiffy shirt etc.) AND WE STILL HAVE TROUBLE GETTING SUPPLIES. We house huge surpluses of innovatory to make sure we can get your order out...your mom, friend etc. probably doesn't have this luxury. Bottom line is, we have spent over 4 years developing and modifying this process to insure that we are producing the best fundraiser on the planet, please have the respect for our intellectual property and enjoy the most STRESS FREE and PROFITABLE fundraiser you will ever do. Saving a few dollars (if you actually do) won't be worth the headache...trust us

What is Digital Printing? What's the difference between Screen printing and Digital Printing? Screen printing involves creating a stencil, known as a screen, and then using that screen to apply ink on the printing surface (in our case, apparel or promotional products). Each individual color is applied using a different screen, one at a time, combined to achieve the final look. The more colors a design has, the more screens that are needed, and the more setup time required. The ink in screen printing is applied thicker than digital printing, which results in brighter colors - even on darker shirts. Screen printing is the best option for designs that require a high level of vibrancy, specialty products, or for quantities greater than 6 pieces. While Underground Printing has no minimums for screen printing, price is usually a prohibitive factor under 6 pieces. Over 6 pieces, the per piece cost tends to be less than Digital printing (but not always). Digital printing is a much newer process that involves your artwork being processed by a computer, and then printed directly onto the surface of your product. Digital printing is not a transfer - the ink is directly adhered to the fabric of your shirt. The fact that the design is processed and printed digitally allows for a quantity of one, since there are no screens or physical setup.
