Thank you so much for being a Fan Club Athletics Brand Ambassador! Your participation in the Brand Ambassador Program is governed by the Program Terms and Policies which contains all of the rules of the program. Below are some answers to some of the frequently asked questions about the Brand Ambassador Program rules. These rules are very important so we hope that you will read through them carefully.
1. You must be 18 or older to be an Ambassador.
2. Please don’t comment with your Ambassador link on any Fan Club Athletics social media posts or channels (i.e. Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.), even if you see another Ambassador doing it.
3. Remember that the purpose of the Fan Club Athletics Brand Ambassador program is to bring new clients to the brand, help spread the Fan Club Athletics movement and create a positive and supportive environment!
4. Be kind and respectful to all other ambassadors.
Fan Club Athletics brand ambassadors are incredible individuals who love the brand and embody the Fan Club way of life. Not only does their partnership help spread our important brand mission, but program participation also scores them free Fan Club merch and cash along the way – what’s better than that?! Brand Ambassadors love engaging with their communities, being involved in extracurricular activities and are motivated to make the world a better place.
Becoming an ambassador comes with access to free products and lots of cool perks and content. Each ambassador is given a personal link that their friends, family, and followers can use to book their own Fan Club Fundraiser. The Best Part? We’ll give you $25 on each qualified referral you make!
Potential Fan Club Brand Ambassadors must be active on at least one social channel (Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Twitter) and over the age of 18.
Unfortunately, the answer is no. This is company policy.
We do not accept Instagram handle names, blog names, first names only, email addresses, made-up/inappropriate names, or business/store names. You will be disqualified during the application process immediately if we see any of these violations.
A few exceptions would be:
If your name is legally changed (ex. you get married, divorced, we understand: these changes happen!)
If you have multiple first names and/or last names (ex. Elizabeth Maria Gonzalez Garcia.) We would suggest picking one when signing up or contacting us.
Your name is misspelled
We understand that some Ambassadors may have longer or more difficult names, but that’s what makes you unique! You can always share your shopping link instead and it will automatically take them to your sign up form.
What if a Team Books Without My Link?
If you see a team you referred running a fundraiser and it is not on your dashboard, for some reason, our system wouldn't allow you to share it, we can help!
If you find yourself in this situation, please email fundraising@fanclubathletics.com within 48hrs of the purchase. This is REQUIRED due to payment timeframes, any submission after that will not be accepted. We will need: the team name and location. Once we receive this info, we can make sure the team gets credited to you.
